The Baftas Best Dressed!

The BAFTA’s had a very dull and dark carpet this year. The majority of the stars wore black and the umbrella was the fashion accessory on the night due to the rain. With black being the colour of the night it was hard to differ between the worst and best dressed!

Kate Winslet wore Zac Posen, a fish tail dress which again accentuated her curvaceous figure. The neckline was perfect and the over-all finish of the dress was wonderful. Topped off with a million pounds worth of Chopard Jewellery she looked the true Hollywood actress. The classy revealing back added to the over-all look immensely with her hair adding to the fifties movie star look. My only negative about this dress was that it was too safe she had done this style before at the SAG Awards in a different colour. She needed to step out of her comfort zone.

Penelope Cruz wore another of the stunning black gowns on the carpet. She wore Alia also teamed with a million pounds worth of Chopard Jewellery. This Velvet gown was stunning on her, the criss-cross neck was fantastic highlighting her shoulders and the back was also a nice sexy touch to the dress. Her hair in an up-do allowed us to see her back and also added to the elegance of the dress.

Freida Pinto gets my best dress award for the BAFTA's. She stunned in this pink Oscar De La Renta gown. It was great to see someone bold enough to wear a bit of colour on the night and she did it just right. This dress made her look every bit the star she is. Even though I'm not a big fan of ruffles she carried them off beautifully with her slim figure. Some times young actresses can go for a dress that will out-shine them and make them look older but Freida got it just right! This look is youthful and extremely pretty. Her loose hair added to her girl next door look and her neck piece and bag gave the right bit of glam to her over-all outfit.
